Why tyres are worth taking seriously
On a working earthmoving fleet, tyres are one of the largest consumable costs after fuel, and the one most often managed reactively. A tyre that fails on a haul road does not just cost a tyre — it costs a shift, a recovery, and sometimes a damaged rim.
We supply against your actual machine and application rather than whatever is in stock. Ply rating, tread pattern and compound all change depending on whether the machine is on abrasive quarry rock, soft overburden or a graded haul road, and fitting the wrong one is expensive twice.
Sourcing and lead times
We supply as a reseller of established brands rather than importing directly. Common sizes are generally available within days; larger OTR sizes are ordered against your requirement, so give us as much notice as the maintenance plan allows.
Coming next
On-site fitment, puncture repair and a managed tyre programme — pressure monitoring, rotation scheduling and cost-per-hour tracking — are planned additions to this service. Tell us if you need them and we will prioritise accordingly.
Straight answers
Do you fit the tyres or only supply them?
At present we supply. On-site fitment is a planned addition — for now we can recommend fitment partners in each corridor and coordinate delivery to meet them.
Do you take old tyres away?
We can arrange collection and disposal through a licensed handler. Scrap OTR tyres carry environmental obligations you do not want sitting in your yard.
Can you supply tyres for machines you did not hire us?
Yes. Tyre supply is a standalone service and a large share of it goes to operators who own their own plant.
Need a machine on site this week?
Tell us the job, the town and the dates. We will come back with a rate — not a runaround.
