How to request access

Grounds for refusal
Access may be refused on the grounds set out in Chapter 4 of the Act, including protection of third-party privacy, commercial information and records privileged from production in legal proceedings.
Remedies
If a request is refused, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator or apply to a court, as provided for in the Act.
