Every machine Ngwana Mmu owns carries a tracking unit, and we run our own maintenance and inspection records digitally. We are not reselling something we have never used — we sell the system we depend on to know what our own plant is earning.
Installed and supported locally
The problem with buying technology from a national integrator is that support means a ticket number and a two-week wait. We install, we train your people, and when something stops working, someone who knows your site comes out.
Regulation is driving this
Digital record-keeping for pre-use inspections, operator competency and certificate expiry is increasingly what mine audits expect to see. Paper checklists in a lever-arch file are becoming a finding rather than a defence.
