Why we publish this
Procurement teams verify suppliers before they open a vendor number. Most small plant hire and supply businesses make that verification hard — no registration number on the website, no address, no insurance confirmation. We would rather you could check us in fifteen seconds than wait three days for an email.
What we hold
Current certificates are available on request and are supplied with every quote where the client asks for them. If your vendor portal needs a specific form completed rather than a certificate uploaded, send it through and we will complete it.
Insurance
Plant all-risk cover on machinery, public liability, and goods-in-transit cover for machines moved between sites. Certificates and sums insured are supplied on request, and we confirm cover in writing before any machine leaves our yard.
Safety
We work to Mine Health and Safety Act and Occupational Health and Safety Act requirements on every site. Operator competency certificates are tracked digitally with expiry alerts, and site-specific inductions are completed before any operator starts. Onboarding a new supplier is admin. We have removed as much of it as we can — every document your procurement and SHEQ teams need is packaged and ready.
